The location was fantastic, being close to the beautiful Kensington Gardens and a short walk to the nearest tube station. It made exploring the city really convenient and saved me a lot of travel time. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. the showers always had warm water, which was a great way to relax and unwind.

The cleanliness of the toilets and bathrooms was not up to standard. There were unpleasant odors and the floors were constantly dirty, giving off a very unhygienic vibe.
